1.1. The service is provided by IQPD Sp. z o.o., registered in Poland, NIP: 6793106021, hereinafter referred to as “IQPD”, “the Company”, “we” or “the Service Provider.”
1.2. These Terms of Service apply to all private transfers, airport pickups, chauffeur services, long-distance transfers and bookings made via phone, email, WhatsApp, the website krakowairporttransfer.pl, or any partner platform.
1.3. By making a booking, the Client accepts these Terms.
2.1. A booking may be made through: • the online booking form on the website, • email, • phone, • WhatsApp, • partner reservation systems.
2.2. A booking is considered confirmed once the Client receives a written confirmation via email, SMS or WhatsApp.
2.3. The Client is responsible for providing accurate booking details (date, time, flight number, addresses, number of passengers, special requirements, luggage, etc.).
3.1. All prices are fixed and confirmed before the service. 3.2. Prices include: • private vehicle, • licensed chauffeur, • fuel, tolls and taxes, • airport Meet & Greet, • 60 minutes of waiting time at the airport after landing.
3.3. Additional fees may apply only in the situations listed in Section 7. 3.4. Prices in PLN include VAT according to Polish tax regulations.
4.1. Accepted payment methods: • credit/debit card, • Apple Pay / Google Pay, • cash, • bank transfer (prepaid), • corporate monthly invoicing (by agreement).
4.2. An invoice is issued automatically after the service unless otherwise agreed (e.g., corporate monthly billing).
4.3. Corporate clients may negotiate individual billing terms.
5.1. For airport pickups, the chauffeur monitors the arriving flight.
5.2. 60 minutes of waiting time are included from the moment the flight lands.
5.3. If delays occur inside the airport (lost baggage, long queues at passport control, customs checks), the Client must inform IQPD immediately by phone or WhatsApp.
5.4. If the Client provides no information within the waiting time: • the booking is treated as a no-show, • the chauffeur leaves the airport, • the Client is charged 100% of the service fee.
6.1. Child seats and booster seats are provided free of charge. 6.2. The Client must specify the age and/or weight of the child. 6.3. IQPD is not responsible for incorrect or missing child seat information during booking.
Additional charges may occur in the following situations:
7.1. Excessive or oversized luggage not reported during booking. 7.2. Additional stops on the route requested by the Client. 7.3. Waiting time beyond the included allowance. 7.4. Last-minute changes to pickup location or major route deviations.
All potential extra fees will be communicated before being applied.
8.1. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. 8.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are charged 100% of the service fee. 8.3. No-shows (Section 5.4) are charged in full. 8.4. Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days.

9.1. IQPD provides licensed, safe and properly maintained vehicles suitable for airport transfers, long-distance journeys and corporate transportation.
9.2. The assigned vehicle may vary depending on availability, operational needs or unforeseen circumstances. IQPD guarantees that every vehicle will always be: • clean, • comfortable, • fully licensed and insured, • appropriate for the number of passengers and luggage.
9.3. For corporate clients and VIP bookings, a higher vehicle class may be arranged upon request. IQPD will make every reasonable effort to provide the agreed category, depending on fleet availability.
9.4. All chauffeurs are licensed, insured, professionally trained and English-speaking.
10.1. The Client must behave in a respectful manner and follow chauffeur instructions for safety reasons. 10.2. It is strictly prohibited to: • smoke or vape inside the vehicle, • consume alcohol or illegal substances, • damage the vehicle interior, • behave aggressively or put others at risk.
10.3. The Client will be charged for damages caused intentionally or through negligence.
11.1. Standard luggage allowance applies (one suitcase + one carry-on per passenger). 11.2. Oversized items such as sports equipment, skis or bicycles must be reported before booking. 11.3. IQPD is not responsible for oversized luggage that cannot be accommodated in the assigned vehicle.
12.1. All services are performed in accordance with Polish and EU transport regulations. 12.2. All passengers are covered by mandatory transport insurance. 12.3. IQPD is not responsible for delays caused by traffic accidents, extreme weather, closed roads or other events outside the Company’s control.
13.1. For journeys exceeding 100 km, safety breaks may be required. 13.2. Cross-border transfers must comply with the regulations of the destination country. 13.3. Prepayment may be required for long-distance or international routes.
14.1. Corporate clients may request: • monthly invoicing, • dedicated driver assignments, • priority scheduling, • individually agreed service terms.
14.2. Corporate agreements must be confirmed in writing.
15.1. Complaints should be submitted within 7 days of the service date to: 📧 info@iqpd.pl
15.2. IQPD responds within 14 working days. 15.3. Please include the booking number and full details of the issue.
16.1. These Terms are governed by Polish law. 16.2. Any disputes will be resolved by courts with jurisdiction over the Company’s registered office.
