We provide 60 minutes of waiting time included in the price.
If you experience delays (lost baggage, long passport control, medical checks), please inform us immediately via phone or WhatsApp.
If no information is received within the 60 minutes, the booking is treated as a no-show, the driver leaves, and the full transfer fee is charged.
