lost or damaged baggage,
long queues at passport control,
medical checks,
additional security procedures,
please inform us immediately by phone or WhatsApp.We will extend the waiting time as needed.
If we do not receive any information during this period and you do not appear at the meeting point, the situation will be treated as a no-show.In this case, the driver will leave, and the full transfer fee will be charged as if the service were completed.
